This site contains a searchable database of filings that have been made. It can be a somewhat frustrating site to navigate but the following should get you started:

When you go to the site you will be presented with a fairly blank page and a popup box will appear asking you to login. Use a Userid of "public" and a password of "public" and click "Login". (Note: if you have popup blocking, firewall software, etc. you may have to disable it temporarily or configure it to allow the login popup. Note also that the site uses Java which must be enabled in your browser. Email me at the address shown here if you have a problem and I'll try to help.)

After you logon you will be presented with a small window whose first line is "Database Screens". Click "Document Repository" and then click "Query". Your main browser window should then bring up a page entitled "Document Repository Query". Enter a tracking number of: 06-0548 and click "Query". This should bring up a list containing one line. Click the circle at the left end of the line and then click "Open". This should bring up a list of folders having to do with this zoning request. Double-click on the different folder icons (left side) to open a folder. A list of documents will appear. You can then double-click on a document to open it.
